Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with local and regional companies that can benefit from Celebration Marketing’s personalized mailer programs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings if it makes sense, presenting service offerings, and developing tailored proposals based on client needs. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales, lead generation, and business development, with the ability to manage a pipeline and close deals.

• Experience in client relationship management, account servicing, and consultative selling to small and medium-sized businesses.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly explain marketing solutions and value propositions.
\n
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
\n
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns, and comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools.
\n
• Previous experience in sales, local business outreach, or similar customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
